What licensing looks like across each category, and where the money usually goes.

  • The most honest pricing in this directory, published per user, with little hidden. Watch for access management and device trust sold as separate products alongside the password manager.

  • The category with the widest gap between the published price and the signed contract. Editions and seat tiers are public, but add-ons, contact tiers and mandatory onboarding fees decide the invoice.

  • Cheap per seat, expensive in aggregate. Seat buckets, user-count thresholds and metered automation mean you rarely pay headcount multiplied by the list price.

You know the list price. Now find out what you should be paying.

Najar reviews your contracts, finds the seats nobody uses, and renegotiates on your behalf.

Agent-compiled pages

Each page is compiled by an automated agent from the vendor's own published pricing page, and carries the date it was last checked and a link to the source. Vendors change packaging without notice, regional pricing differs, and quote-only tiers have no public number at all. Check against the vendor's pricing page or your own contract before you budget or sign. Figures exclude tax. No affiliation with the vendors listed.
