  • StructuralAnnual contract minimum

All Workforce suites are billed annually, and the pricing page requires a $1,500 annual contract minimum. A very small team therefore pays the minimum rather than users multiplied by the list price.

  • LicenceSuite licence per user

Workforce Identity is sold as suites on a per-user, per-month basis. Adding licences generally means adding suite licences, with exceptions for Workflows, Okta Privileged Access and Machine-to-Machine tokens.

  • Add-onStandalone products and add-ons

Most products, including Adaptive MFA, Device Access, API Access Management and Identity Governance, can be bought individually or added to a suite. No add-on price is published, so each is quoted.

  • StructuralProfessional and Enterprise tiers

The two higher suites show 'Inquire for pricing' only. Features such as Identity Threat Protection and API Access Management sit in these tiers or are priced as add-ons on the lower ones.

  • FeePremier Success Plans

Introductory training and online support are included. Premier Success Plans are available for purchase, but no price is published.
