Expenses is the highest unit price listed, at €5.81 per declarant per month. A declarant is a person who submits expense claims, so the cost follows who claims, not headcount.

Lucca is priced per module. For the 100+ employee segment, Absences is €3.11 per employee per month, Timesheets €3.00, Core HR €3.21, Performance €3.97 and Expenses €5.81 per declarant per month. All prices exclude VAT and are indications, not a quote.

How does Lucca charge?

Most modules charge per employee per month, while Expenses charges per declarant. Payslips are charged at €0.70 per document delivered online and supplier invoices at €0.91 per invoice in the 600 to 799 invoices band. Billing follows actual use, counted monthly, with no commitment period.

Does Lucca have a free plan?

No free plan is published. Some features come free with a Lucca subscription: payment methods, Lucca Faces, Humeur du jour, SSO authentication, calendar sync, shared documents, dashboards and the Assistant Paie export.
