ZIA editions are priced per user. Essentials Platform and Zscaler Platform are the two named bundles, and the price for each comes from a Zscaler account team. The datasheet says pricing for some products within an edition may vary outside user count.

Essentials Platform includes limited private access: one user in 20 subscribed users, with a 500-user minimum. Full private access comes with Zscaler Platform, so organisations that need it for most staff compare the two bundles on that point.
