Each self-serve plan carries a minimum monthly commitment of $49 on Essential, $99 on Plus and $209 on Premium. Low-volume teams pay the minimum even if usage is below it.

How does Veriff charge?
You pay for verification decisions, not retries, at the rate of your plan. A monthly minimum applies on each self-serve plan. Add-ons such as screening, monitoring, retention and extra data fields are charged per verification on top.
Does Veriff have a free plan?
No free plan is published. A 15-day trial gives full Premium access with 50 live verifications and unlimited sandbox tests, with no credit card. The account must complete identity verification within 15 days or it becomes inactive.
