NetSuite pricing FAQ

How much does NetSuite cost?

NetSuite does not publish prices. Users subscribe for an annual licence fee made up of the core platform, optional modules and the number of users, plus a one-time implementation fee. Each component is quoted individually by NetSuite.

What makes up a NetSuite licence?

The licence has three main components: the core platform, optional modules and the number of users. Accounting, inventory management, order management and tax management are included with the core platform. Other modules are licensed separately.

Can I add modules or users later?

Yes. NetSuite says modules can be licensed separately at any time during the contract, and that users can be added as the business grows. Fees vary by module, and no rates are published.

Is there an implementation fee?

Yes. NetSuite lists a one-time implementation fee for initial set up. It also offers preconfigured, fixed-fee SuiteSuccess packages by industry, but does not publish the fee amounts.
